Inside our Class 1,000 cleanroom, we perform the critical stages of CMOS sensor integration and lens mounting. This controlled, dust-free environment is essential for preventing microscopic contaminants that can degrade image quality. Our automated SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) lines and reflow soldering equipment ensure the highest level of precision assembly for every USB and AHD camera module.
For STARVIS low-light cameras, thermal camera modules, compact USB cameras and rugged camera heads, clean assembly and stable soldering are especially important because many products are later installed inside robots, vehicles, outdoor equipment, marine devices, conveyor systems or other harsh industrial environments
3. Multi-Stage Quality Control (QC) Process
Our multi-stage quality control process includes PCB assembly inspection, image output testing, lens cleanliness inspection, basic function testing, cable and connector checking, and appearance inspection before shipment. For selected production processes, AOI is used to verify PCB assembly quality.
For STARVIS low-light cameras, we pay attention to image clarity, color output, low-light response and stable video performance. For rugged USB, waterproof AHD and IP67 / IP69K camera-head projects, we also review cable routing, connector stability, housing fit and local reinforcement details according to the final configuration.

We are more than a camera module supplier. For many OEM and integration projects, customers do not need a completely new camera design from zero. They need a practical camera platform that can be adjusted and tested quickly inside their own host system.
Goobuy usually starts from existing USB, AHD, HDMI, thermal, STARVIS and IP67 / IP69K camera platforms, then adjusts lens, field of view, cable length, connector, housing, mounting method, video interface and local reinforcement according to the customer’s application.
This platform-based approach helps customers reduce integration risk, shorten sample preparation time and move more smoothly from sample testing to pilot batch validation.
